Membership

By registering for a membership of AMVJ Table Tennis, you agree to the following processing of your data by the club:

- Provide your data to the NTTB (Dutch Table Tennis Federation) and organizations with which the NTTB has a processor agreement;

- In addition, you hereby authorize the posting on AMVJ Table Tennis' website of photos or videos that you appear on when participating in organized events of the club.

- Approaching by the club or by the NTTB and partners with which the NTTB has concluded a processing agreement (via the club) for club events or tournaments and competitions approved by the NTTB.

- When participating in any form of tournaments, competitions or tournaments within or outside the club: publishing name and gender, the classification, results and personal results of the competition on websites and apps of the NTTB and organizations with which the NTTB has concluded processing agreements.

In turn, we at AMVJ promise to take the greatest care for the processing, storage and use of your data. We only try to collect information that we need to be able to function properly as a club towards our members. If you have any questions or complaints about privacy issues, please do not hesitate to contact our secretary.

By filling out this form, I declare that I agree with the rules of AMVJ Table Tennis as laid down in the statutes and the internal regulations of AMVJ Table Tennis. I am also aware that termination of membership of AMVJ Table Tennis must be notified in writing and to the secretary of the club at least one month before the end of the table tennis season (before June 1 in each year). Only in exceptional cases, such as a move or an injury that is permanent, can you cancel your membership earlier. Membership for a competition player is valid for the entire club year, unless stated otherwise. The collection of the contribution takes place through a bill in the name of Tafeltennisverening AMVJ. Membership starts upon receipt of the registration form by the club secretary and is only officially valid after payment of the membership fee.

Change of address must be communicated to our secretary as soon as possible.
